Terms & Conditions

Island Rewards Club is a duly incorporated company under the Companies Act of Solomon Islands. Our purpose is to provide eligible Solomon Islanders with access to discounted prices at partner stores, and to offer members regular game-of-chance giveaways and contests.

Island Rewards Club aims to create a genuine win-win: members receive exclusive deals and the chance to win high-value prizes; partner businesses gain exposure and customers; and the broader community benefits from our charitable commitments.

The Island Rewards Club company and its authorised representatives.

Member / you / your

An individual who has enrolled in and holds an active Island Rewards Club membership.

Membership

A formal, ongoing agreement between you and Island Rewards Club granting access to benefits, discounts, and giveaway entries as described in these Terms.

Giveaway

A game-of-chance draw offering prizes to eligible Members, which may include cash, high-value electronics, or pre-paid shopping vouchers.

Giveaway Entry

A single entry allocated to a Member that counts toward a giveaway draw.

Promotion

A time-limited marketing or sales offer made available to Members through Island Rewards Club or its partner stores.

Partner Store

A business that has an agreement with Island Rewards Club to offer discounts or promotions to Members.

Programme

The Island Rewards Club loyalty membership programme described in these Terms.

SBD

Solomon Islands Dollar — the currency in which all prices and fees are denominated unless otherwise stated.

Opt Out

An explicit request by a Member to stop receiving direct marketing communications.

• The Programme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Solomon Islands.
• Participation in giveaways and promotions requires that all requirements specified for that giveaway or promotion have been fulfilled.
• Employees of Island Rewards Club are not eligible to participate in any giveaway or promotion.
• Island Rewards Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Member at any time and may require supporting documentation.
• Island Rewards Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership where eligibility requirements are not met.

Island Rewards Club offers three recurring monthly membership tiers. All prices are in Solomon Islands Dollars (SBD). Bonus entries are awarded once on sign-up and are in addition to the monthly recurring entries.

You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time by contacting Island Rewards Club support. Changes will take effect from the start of your next billing cycle.

One-off packages: Island Rewards Club also offers one-off membership purchases. If multiple one-off packages are purchased during the same access period, additional packages will not extend your current access period — they will activate sequentially in subsequent billing cycles.

Island Rewards Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership tier or associated benefits. Where practicable, at least 14 days' notice will be given for material changes to pricing or benefits.

• Membership fees are billed monthly in advance on your billing anniversary date.
• All prices are denominated in Solomon Islands Dollars (SBD).
• If a payment fails, Island Rewards Club will make reasonable attempts to collect the outstanding amount. Access to membership benefits may be suspended until payment is received.
• Island Rewards Club may suspend or cancel a membership where payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days.
• Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law (see Section 09).

• Members accumulate giveaway entries each month they hold an active membership. The number of entries depends on your membership tier (see Section 04).
• Bonus entries accumulate from month to month and are not reset unless a prize is won (see Section 07).
• Entries are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
• Members may request a summary of their current entry count by contacting Island Rewards Club support via phone, SMS, or email.
• Single-week win limit: A Member cannot win more than one giveaway in a single calendar week. If a Member is drawn as the winner of more than one giveaway in the same week, subsequent wins will be redrawn to give other Members a fair opportunity.
• Island Rewards Club reserves the right to modify giveaway entry rules, prize values, or draw frequency at any time. Where practicable, 14 days' notice will be given.

• Giveaway draw results will be announced live on the Island Rewards Club Facebook page. If technical limitations prevent a live announcement, results will be published via other official Island Rewards Club social media platforms.
• Island Rewards Club will make reasonable efforts to contact the winning Member within 7 days of the announcement, using up to three (3) contact attempts via phone call, SMS, and email.
• If a winning Member cannot be contacted within 7 days despite these attempts, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted to select an alternative winner.
• Upon successful notification and acceptance of a prize, the winning Member's accumulated giveaway entry count will be reset to zero (0).
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to Island Rewards Club publishing their name and general location (e.g. province) across its social media platforms for promotional purposes.

By using Island Rewards Club's products, services, website, or social media platforms, you agree that you will not:

• breach any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy laws;
• engage in defamatory, harmful, or abusive conduct toward any individual or organisation;
• attempt to access, misuse, or disclose confidential or private information held by Island Rewards Club, including any other Member's account information; or
• participate in, or knowingly facilitate, any breach or attempted breach of Island Rewards Club's security systems.

All communications, comments, and content submitted to Island Rewards Club become the exclusive property of Island Rewards Club, and you grant Island Rewards Club full discretion over their use.

You are solely responsible for any losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights, and agree to compensate Island Rewards Club for any such losses.

Third-party content, products, or services featured on Island Rewards Club platforms are subject to those third parties' own terms. Island Rewards Club does not endorse or guarantee any third-party offerings and accepts no liability for issues arising from their use.

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act [Cap 63] of Solomon Islands, which promotes fair trade practices and covers product safety, misleading conduct, unfair contract terms, and consumer redress.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer protection law.

• Each Member is assigned a unique membership account linked to their participation in the Island Rewards Club Programme.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify Island Rewards Club immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Island Rewards Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

Either Island Rewards Club or you may end membership participation at any time.

Cancelling your membership ends all future payments and removes you from all upcoming promotions and giveaway draws. Any accumulated bonus entries will be forfeited. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, subject to your rights under consumer law.

Island Rewards Club also reserves the right to terminate the Programme entirely at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any obligations under applicable law.

Island Rewards Club is committed to handling all concerns fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, we encourage you to follow the steps below before seeking external resolution.

• By enrolling in the Programme, you consent to receiving communications from Island Rewards Club relating to the Programme, including newsletters, promotional offers, and Programme updates.
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting Island Rewards Club support via phone, SMS, or email. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect essential service communications related to your account or membership.

Island Rewards Club collects and processes personal information (including your name, contact details, date of birth, and payment information) in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.

Personal information is used to process your membership, contact you about your account and promotions, and to share relevant information with partner stores in connection with the Programme. Your name and general location may also be published on Island Rewards Club's social media platforms if you win a giveaway.

By enrolling in the Programme, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Island Rewards Club will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Programme or these Terms, including but not limited to:

• errors or omissions in Programme information or materials;
• technical malfunctions or failures of the Programme website or systems;
• unauthorised access to or use of Member data; or
• loss or damage to Member property or data.

In no event will Island Rewards Club's total liability to any Member exceed the total value of fees paid by that Member in the 3 months preceding the relevant event.

You agree to indemnify and hold Island Rewards Club, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in the Programme, your use of any benefits, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability arising from consumer protection legislation.

• Island Rewards Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• For material changes (including changes to fees, benefits, or giveaway rules), Island Rewards Club will provide at least 14 days' notice via email, SMS, or publication on its website and social media platforms.
• For minor or administrative changes, amendments will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Continued participation in the Programme after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel your membership before the change takes effect (see Section 11).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Solomon Islands.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Solomon Islands.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Island Rewards Club and the Member regarding the Programme and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
